Daniel Shelley joined LanCarte Commercial near its inception, in 2019, and has been a driving force behind the  firm’s growth, completing over 310 transactions worth $122 million. His expertise in project leasing, tenant representation, and acquisitions, combined with high-profile deals like the Panther Island sale and leasing 400,000 square feet to Paramount Studios, highlights his ability to handle complex transactions and build industry connections.

Committed to community development, Daniel has worked closely with non-profits in the East Lancaster area and played a key role in securing land for future growth. His efforts have revitalized local communities, supporting organizations like Union Gospel Mission and fostering economic development.

As a leader, Daniel mentors younger brokers and fosters a collaborative team environment. Outside of work, he is actively involved in philanthropy, having served with Mercy Ships in Africa and currently engaging with local initiatives like Texas Can Academy and the East Fort Worth Business Association. Daniel has a B.S. in Environmental Resources and an M.A. in Environmental Science from Texas Christian University. Aside from academic excellence, he was a Division I football player at Texas Christian University.
