Mike Brennan serves as Trinity Metro's Vice President of Economic Development, where he leads the agency's efforts to advance transit-oriented development, strengthen strategic partnerships, and maximize the value of Trinity Metro's real estate assets. He works closely with developers, businesses, property owners, local governments, and community stakeholders to support economic growth and create vibrant, connected communities around transit investments.

Before joining Trinity Metro, Brennan served as President of Near Southside, Inc., where he helped guide the mixed-use district's transformation through innovative public-private partnerships, capital improvement projects, and award-winning development initiatives. Earlier in his career, he spent six years with the City of Fort Worth's Planning Department, contributing to the city's long-range planning and redevelopment efforts.

Brennan holds a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master in Urban Planning from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
