This event is designed to help individuals with outstanding citations resolve their cases in a safe, supportive, and accessible environment—without the fear of arrest.

Safe Harbor Court Opportunity

Through the Safe Harbor Court, individuals with outstanding citations from the Fort Worth Municipal Court can appear and work toward resolving their cases. Participants may be eligible for alternative solutions such as community service or reduced fines based on their ability to pay.

This initiative is part of the City’s commitment to making the legal process more accessible and helping residents move forward without unnecessary barriers.
