Mike Brennan brings significant leadership experience in urban planning, transit-oriented development, public-private partnerships, and strategic community development. As Vice President of Economic Development for Trinity Metro, he leads the agency’s efforts to advance transit-oriented development, strengthen strategic partnerships, and maximize the value of Trinity Metro’s real estate assets. He works closely with developers, businesses, property owners, local governments, and community stakeholders to support economic growth and create vibrant, connected communities around transit investments.

Brennan’s distinguished career includes serving as President of Near Southside, Inc., where he helped guide the mixed-use district’s transformation through innovative public-private partnerships, capital improvement projects, and award-winning development initiatives. Earlier in his career, he spent six years with the City of Fort Worth’s Planning Department, contributing to the city’s long-range planning and redevelopment efforts.
